Data Deletion Instructions

MPSS (operated by Yarify s.r.o.) stores data about you and your connected social media accounts in order to deliver the service. If you would like us to delete or anonymize your data, follow the steps below. We will process all requests within 30 days.
How to Request Data Deletion

Include the following information in the email body
Your account email address
The email associated with your Google sign-in
Connected platform username or account name
e.g. your YouTube channel name, Instagram handle, or TikTok username — if applicable
Brief description of what should be deleted
e.g. all data, specific media files, OAuth tokens for a specific platform, or campaign history
What Happens After You Request
Once we receive your request, Yarify s.r.o. will:
- Verify your identity by confirming the email matches an account in our system.
- Delete or anonymize the applicable data within 30 days, including your project data, campaign configuration, uploaded media, generated videos, connected account records, and encrypted OAuth tokens.
- Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data That May Be Retained
In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some data even after a deletion request. This includes data that is:
- Necessary to comply with a legal obligation (e.g. tax records, legal disputes).
- Required for fraud prevention or security investigations.
- Already anonymized and no longer attributable to you.
- Held in infrastructure-level logs (e.g. GCP Cloud Run access logs) that are outside application-layer control.
Any retained data will be held only for as long as required by the applicable obligation and then securely deleted.
